Challenge

Total POS Care: SIG SALES is responsible for the supervision of L’Oréal at a national level. The implementation of sales force visits, merchandising and sales counter updates through different organisational units requires a particularly efficient sales solution. Our task is to optimise the performance at the POS.

Solution

By digitising processes through our SALES 360™ system solution, we achieve maximum efficiency in the supply chain. In addition to the customer and the SIG SALES organisations, the logistics division is also integrated into the application. An implemented track & trace logic connects the individual subareas, provides information about completed goods deliveries in a proactive way and reduces empty runs and set-up times. So the deliveries are placed a day earlier on average than planned and this eliminates out-of-stock situations before they arise.
